Wine making process & Distillation

Selected grapes of Ugni Blanc & Colombard are first vinified. This wine will be distilled according to the traditional charentaise method : double distillation.

Then, the Cognac will start its ageing process in oak casks for many years. The  youngest eau-de-vie in this blending is a 5-year-old Cognac.

Tasting

Nose of vine blossoms, linden, pressed grape and vanilla.

To be tasted as an aperitive, as cocktail or at the end of the meal.

Powerfull mouth of flower and dry fruits, hints of spices.

Long in mouth with persistance of almond tastes.
